OUR PROGRAM
The North Miami Beach Youth Athletic Club is a non-profit 501(c)3 program dedicated to building sportsmanship, self-esteem, and a winning attitude that will take our participants far beyond the world of sports. Our organization provides community based tackle football, cheerleading, and track programs built upon academics, athletic achievement, and community service. We strive to provide a positive atmosphere where participants can learn the fundamentals of competitive sports in a safe and supportive environment.
Safety is our first concern, so prior to joining our program, coaches undergo extensive local and nationwide background screening and coaching certifications and they are held to the highest standards of sportsmanship, integrity, and professionalism.
In 2016 our football players along with our beloved "Coach Butch" Drummond had the honor of being featured in a national Ford advertisement with Hall of Famer Dan Marino. Coach Butch was selected over numerous other coaches and programs based on his almost 40 year committment to the North Miami Beach Youth Athletic Club. Although he retired at the end of the 2016 season, his spirit of hard work and dedication will live on in our program and in the countless football players and coaches that had the opportunity to work with him.
