Copy of Birth Certificate
Registration Fee (cash or money order only)
Recent 2x2 Color Photo & Physical (can be submitted later)

Football - $125 returning / $150 new players
Cheerleading - $260 all cheerleaders

REGULAR REGISTRATION FEES
Football $150 returning / $180 new players
$280 - all cheerleaders
